Like, Jason Friedman has no platform on Israel whatsoever, but AIPAC is still throwing millions of dollars his way? It's just ridiculous! And don't even get me started on the fact that he's been quiet on Gaza ceasefire... what a disaster. I mean, can't we get someone who actually cares about the issues instead of some rich donor looking for a paycheck? Anyway, it looks like Chicago is in for a wild ride with this primary election... fingers crossed one of the lesser-known candidates will surprise us all!
I don't usually comment but I think it's pretty weird that people who support Israel to the point of being pro-genocide are still backing this guy without him saying anything about Gaza . Like, shouldn't they be looking for someone who at least has a platform on the issue? It's not like Friedman is hiding from the topic or something... just doesn't seem right that he's getting all this support from groups that have been accused of being super pro-Israel .
