I think it's more about making our viewing experience slightly more convenient and less linear. What if we want to binge-watch an entire series without jumping around? Still, it's cool that Amazon is pushing the boundaries of tech, and who knows what other tricks they have up their sleeve!
I mean, this Alexa+ feature is pretty cool, right? But, it makes me think about how much we're glued to our screens sometimes... Like, do we really need a voice command to jump into a specific scene in a movie? I guess it's convenient for those binge-watching marathons, but what about when you just wanna relax and enjoy the story from start to finish?
I wish my teachers had something like that for us when we were studying for exams ! Can you imagine being able to jump straight to the part where a teacher explained a tricky concept in our textbook? It would've saved so much time and made learning way more efficient! But for real, Alexa+ is pretty cool. I mean, who wouldn't want to fast forward through boring parts of their favorite movies?
