omg this is so messed up ... like who thought it was a good idea for ppl to sue others just bcos they might see someone trans in the bathroom lol no wonder ppl r scared to use public restrooms anymore but seriously, this law is super worrying, especially 4 trans youth who need access 2 safe spaces 2 be themselves without fear of persecution and what's even crazier is that some ppl are actually celebratin' anti-trans laws, it's like, hello no we gotta take action 2 protect these ppl & their rights, maybe we can start by supportin communities that provide vital services 4 trans adults & kids
This new law is really scary, I don't think it's right that people can just sue someone for being trans in a bathroom... like what if someone is just trying to use the restroom? It feels like this bill is targeting people who are already vulnerable and makes me worried about my friends who are trans. The fact that bounty hunters could be searching for them is really creepy too .
omg this is getting crazy!! i cant even imagine walking into a bathroom and being harassed by some dude trying to find someone who uses they/them pronouns lol no seriously though this law is insane it's like they want trans ppl to be constantly on edge 24/7 just going for a pee or wiping their butt shouldnt be something that makes you scared i'm so sick of these laws and policies that are basically designed to torment and terrorize trans people its not just about them either think about how this law affects cis women too like what if they're in the bathroom and some dude thinks theyre being "aggrieved" just because they use a different pronoun or has a tattoo lol no thanks i'm all for supporting community-based networks that provide vital services for trans ppl but we need more than just that we need politicians who will actually stand up for whats right and fight against this kind of legislation
Ugh , this new anti-trans bathroom bill in Kansas is straight outta a horror movie . I mean, who gets to decide what's "aggrieved" just because someone else uses the bathroom? It's like they're saying trans people are public property or something . And what's next? Bounty hunters chasing down trans folks everywhere? No thanks .
And can we talk about how Democrats are supposed to be all about equality and justice, but instead they're just piling on anti-trans legislation like it's going out of style . It's all about appeasing the far-right crowd, I guess. But at what cost? We need to take a stand against these kind of laws ASAP .
"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy." - Martin Luther King Jr.
We need to stand together and support each other, especially for those who are most vulnerable. Trans individuals deserve the same rights and respect as anyone else.
It's alarming to see how quickly extremist policies can spread when politicians prioritize votes over people's well-being. But we mustn't lose hope! There are still many advocates working tirelessly to create a more inclusive society.
