Ugh, winter is just so unpredictable 
! One minute it's cold, the next it's back to being frigid again 
. Can't we just have one decent spell of warm weather? I swear, every time I'm about to plan something outdoors, the forecast changes and I'm like "okay, what's the plan B?" 
Still, a brief respite on Saturday sounds nice... maybe I'll get to enjoy some fresh air without my face numb 
. Just hoping the snow doesn't mess up my weekend plans too much!

I'm totally stoked for these cold fronts! Who needs warmth and sunshine when you can have icy winds and snow? It's like the weather is giving us a big ol' present... a chance to hibernate! I mean, sure, it might make our morning commutes a bit of a drag, but that just means we get to enjoy some extra time snuggled up with a hot cuppa and a good book. And let's be real, 3-7 inches of snow in the Midwest? That sounds like a total winter wonderland dream come true! Not to mention all the awesome snow sports opportunities... I'm totally down for skiing/snowboarding/ice skating anyone?!

It's like our weather is playing this never-ending game of "will it snow" or "will it be freezing". My poor plants are going to die if they don't get some sunshine soon
