๐Ÿค” just had an idea about this mansion tax thing... think it's a good move but might affect some people's investment plans ๐Ÿ“ˆ especially those who have big homes in the countryside. hope it brings in enough cash for education and social services tho ๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ’ผ

omg i'm so glad they're finally doing something about the benefit cap lol can't believe those high-income fams have been raking it in while others struggle ๐Ÿค‘๐Ÿ˜’ but introducing a mansion tax is like, totally genius gonna give more funds to education and social services which is def what we need rn ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ“š

๐Ÿค” so i think its a good move scrapin the two-child benefit cap, feels like they're tryna help out families who need it most ๐Ÿ˜Š but mansion tax is a bit sus, dont know how it'll affect people with smaller properties. and raisin income tax on savings and dividends sounds like a lot of money for gov to take from ppl's hard-earned cash ๐Ÿค‘ anyway cant say im too surprised, chancellor Reeves has been all about makin' changes to reduce inequality. hope its actually makes a difference in the end ๐Ÿ’•

I think this is a good start ๐Ÿค”. Scraping the two-child benefit cap will definitely have an impact on high-income families who are benefiting from tax credits, but I'm not sure how much of a dent it'll make in reducing poverty and inequality. ๐Ÿ’ธ

The mansion tax is a decent idea, targeting those with multi-million-pound homes can help raise revenue for social services. But, ยฃ1 million is still a pretty low threshold, and I wonder if it's enough to make a significant difference ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ.

Raising income tax rates on savings, dividends, and property income might be a bit of a stretch for some people, especially those who rely heavily on these sources of income. But, at the same time, it's hard to argue with the need to address inequality and generate revenue for public spending ๐Ÿ“Š

Frosting income tax thresholds until 2030-31 is a sensible move, though - it'll definitely help low- and middle-income earners keep more of their hard-earned cash ๐Ÿ’ธ

OMG I'm loving this move by Rachel Reeves, scrap those two-child benefit caps for real! ๐Ÿ™Œ it's about time we tackle poverty and reduce the wealth gap in our society. I've got a family member who was stuck in a cycle of poverty just because they had kids, so I feel like this change will make a huge difference for them. And introducing a mansion tax on properties above ยฃ1m is genius, it's only fair that those high-net-worth individuals contribute more to our society ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ’ธ
