but at the same time it's crazy how fast things change in cities like detroit i mean the best of poll is all well and good but what about the actual issues facing the city right now? like poverty, crime, and lack of opportunities for young people 
these are the real challenges detroit needs to tackle not just crown its own champions
they didn't make a category for the world's best traffic jams... I mean, who needs roads when you've got gridlock, right? But seriously, it's awesome that Detroit is getting some love. The taco scene has been on point for years, and those dive bars are the real MVPs. You can't find better people-watching spots anywhere else. And let's be real, our street art game is fire 
- I'm not biased at all when I say it's one of the best in the country.
