Beware buy now, pay later temptation on Black Friday, debt charities warn

I'm telling you, this "buy now, pay later" thing is like a Trojan horse for our economy 🤯. On one hand, I get it, convenience is key and all that jazz... but have you considered the long-term effects of getting into debt? It's like, we're already dealing with high inflation rates and stagnant wages, and now we're encouraging people to just rack up more credit? 🤑

And don't even get me started on the regulators not stepping in sooner. I mean, they knew about these issues for years, but what did they do? Nothing, right? It's like, someone's gotta hold those lenders accountable, you know? 💸
