omg I'm dyin over Brad Marchand he was literally considerin joinin Leafs this past offseason like what a juicy plot twist! but honestly, I can see why he chose to stay with Panthers - that team chemistry is REAL and now Leafs are all like "oh wait we gotta trade for someone" Meanwhile Marchand's just over here sippin on his Panthers tea ️ and roastin Leafs fans who are still salty about Mitch Marner leaving .

I don’t usually comment but... I think it’s kinda weird that Brad Marchand was thinking of joining Toronto, considering all the trash talk he did against their players . Like, isn't that kinda counterproductive? On a more serious note, I guess it just shows how attractive the team is to other skilled players, and they must have been doing something right to make him consider it ️. Marchand's comments about Mitch Marner's departure being unfortunate for Toronto also made me think... did he really mean that? It seems like a pretty subtle jab, but I guess you never know what's gonna come out of someone's mouth

I mean I was just thinking about how far hockey has come ️, but Brad Marchand considering leaving the Bruins for Toronto is still crazy to me. I remember back in my day, we didn't even have social media to keep up with these guys on the fly... now everyone's got their opinion on everything . And it's not just about the teams themselves, but how all the drama plays out on the ice . I'm still a Bruins fan at heart, but you gotta love Marchand for being true to himself and his team... even if that means poking fun at our Maple Leafs friends .

I'm low-key surprised Brad Marchand actually chose to stay with the Panthers over Toronto . I mean, we all know how much trash talk he loves to dish out towards Leafs players , so it's weird that he didn't end up joining them instead of Boston. Florida's team chemistry must've really won him over or something? I don't get why Marchand wouldn't want to be part of a team with the potential to make a deep playoff run, especially after Toronto kinda tanked last season .
