Brad Pitt’s ‘F1: The Movie’ New On Streaming On Apple TV This Week

Apple TV to Premiere Brad Pitt's 'F1: The Movie' This Week, Just Ahead of Awards Season Buzz.

The highly-anticipated Formula 1 racing drama starring the Hollywood A-lister, Brad Pitt, finally hits streaming platforms this week exclusively on Apple TV. Directed by Joseph Kosinski, the film opens its digital streaming debut via premium video on demand on August 22. The movie follows Sonny Hayes (played by Pitt), a former racing phenom from the 1990s who makes a comeback to Formula 1 for one last shot at saving his team. However, as he navigates through high-speed racing and confronts his troubled past, Sonny finds that his teammates become fierce competitors. The movie also stars Javier Bardem, Damson Idris, Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, and Kim Bodnia.

Rated PG-13, 'F1: The Movie' is an Apple Original Films production that begins its streaming video on demand run on Apple TV on Friday, December 12. New subscribers can take advantage of a free seven-day trial. The movie's awards season recognition began earlier this year when it was listed among the top 10 best films of 2025 by the National Board of Review.

In addition to its cinematic accolades, 'F1: The Movie' has garnered nominations for several Critics' Choice Awards, including Best Cinematography and Visual Effects. Its success in the awards circuit marks a significant partnership between Apple TV and Formula 1 racing, which will continue into 2026 with the Australian Grand Prix in March.

OMG 🤯, I'm literally so hyped for this! Brad Pitt as a former racing phenom who makes a comeback is like something out of a movie dream come true 🎥! I've been waiting for what feels like forever to see this film and now it's finally coming to Apple TV on the 12th. Can you believe it's listed among the top 10 best films of 2025 already? The awards season buzz is real 💃, and I'm here for all the cinematic accolades! F1 racing drama with Brad Pitt is like the ultimate combo - high-speed action meets Hollywood glamour 🚗💨!

omg u guys i'm literally so hyped for this new brad pitt movie on apple tv 🤩 i mean who doesn't love formula 1 racing? anyway so i saw this documentary about brad pitts life last week and it was SO interesting he's actually really close to my aunties boyfriend lol. i don't know if its true but apparently he's super into vintage cars now like a total car enthusiast 🚗💨 i'm def gonna watch 'f1: the movie' as soon as it drops because brad pitt is just so dreamy 😍

omg u guys! i know some ppl are hyped for this new brad pitt flick on apple tv 🤩 but i think its gonna be so much more than just a racing drama. idk about the plot, but joel silber's cinematography is like whoa 📸🎥 and joseph kosinski's direction is always on point 💡. plus, brad pitt in a lead role is a no-brainer! i'm so down to watch it this week and see what all the fuss is about 😁

I'm not sure about this one 🤔... I mean, who thought it was a good idea to put Brad Pitt's movie on Apple TV? It just feels like a way for them to cash in on the awards buzz, you know? And what's with the whole streaming thing? Can't they just go to the cinema like normal people? Plus, have you seen the trailer for this movie? It looks pretty formulaic 🙄. And let's not forget about all these new streaming services popping up everywhere - when are we going to see some real innovation around here? Instead of just rehashing old formulas, can't they create something entirely new and exciting? I'm just waiting for someone to come along and shake things up... 😏

I'm kinda curious about this new Brad Pitt film on Apple TV 🤔. I mean, it's not every day you see Hollywood A-listers like him starring in a formula 1 movie, right? 😂 But what caught my attention is that it's premiering just before the awards season starts - seems like a pretty clever marketing strategy to me. The film has got some big names attached, like Javier Bardem and Damson Idris, so I'm hoping it's going to be good. And with Apple TV getting in on the action, maybe we'll see more original content like this? 🤞 Fingers crossed that 'F1: The Movie' will be a speedway to success! 💨

OMG 🤯, I'm low-key hyped for Brad Pitt's 'F1: The Movie' on Apple TV this week! 🚀 Like, who wouldn't want to watch a racing drama starring one of Hollywood's most charming leading men? 😎 But seriously, I think it's interesting that the movie is premiering just ahead of awards season. Is it a strategy by Apple TV to capitalize on the buzz around Oscars contenders? 🤔 Also, with Formula 1 racing gaining more mainstream attention, I'm excited to see how this partnership between Apple and F1 will shape the future of sports entertainment 🏎️📺

I'm not sure I believe Brad Pitt is making a comeback to F1 after being a racing phenom in the 90s 🤔🚗. Sonny Hayes' character seems like it could be a scripted version of what actually happened to Michael Schumacher, right? 🏎️ Anyway, Apple TV has done an amazing job with their exclusive premiere and I'm excited to see how 'F1: The Movie' performs on the streaming platform this week! 👍 The fact that it's listed among the top 10 best films of 2025 by the National Board of Review is also a huge nod to its quality 🎥. Can't wait to watch it and find out if it lives up to all the buzz surrounding it 💨

omg I'm so stoked for this one 🤩! As an F1 superfan, I've been eagerly waiting for something like 'F1: The Movie' to come out on streaming platforms. And let's be real, Brad Pitt as a racing phenom? That's just amazing 💥! The movie's got some serious awards buzz going on, and I think it's awesome that Apple TV is giving fans a chance to check it out early 🎉. With the Oscars just around the corner, this could be the perfect movie to cozy up with during awards season. Plus, the fact that it's premiering on Apple TV means new subscribers can enjoy a free trial and catch some of the best films of 2025 without breaking the bank 💸. All in all, I'm hyped for 'F1: The Movie' and I think it's gonna be an epic ride 🚗💨!

OMG, who cares about Brad Pitt's movie? 🙄 It's just going to get lost in the noise of all these other movies coming out this year... And rated PG-13? Really? You'd think they'd at least try to be more realistic with the drama and action. I mean, Sonny Hayes is a former racing phenom who makes a comeback? Sounds like a total rip-off of every underdog story in Hollywood history... 🎥 The only reason this movie got picked up by Apple TV was probably because Brad Pitt's face is still iconic enough to attract some eyeballs... And don't even get me started on the Formula 1 racing drama - I bet it's just going to be a bunch of overpriced cars and fancy suits... 🚗💸

OMG 🤩 I'm so stoked to see Brad Pitt starring in F1: The Movie on Apple TV this week! 🚗💨 Did you know that according to Box Office Mojo, the highest-grossing Formula 1 racing film of all time is Rush (2013), with a worldwide box office gross of over $160 million? 📊 I bet F1: The Movie will do way better than that 💸! By the way, did you see the stats on Brad Pitt's net worth? 🤑 He's made an estimated $250 million in 2024 alone 🤑! What a comeback story for this Hollywood A-lister 👍🏻.

Man, I'm so done with the whole streaming thing 🤯. Remember when you had to rent or buy movies on VHS? Or even better, wait till they came out on DVD and have a whole week of showing them in the cinema? Nowadays it's all about instant gratification, ain't it? 🙄 But I gotta say, Brad Pitt in an F1 movie? That sounds like something my dad would've loved back in the day. 😎 The 90s were the real days for racing, you know? The cars were faster, the drivers were crazier... it was like a real-life video game! 🚗🏎️ Still, I'm excited to see what this movie is all about. Maybe they'll even make a few classic moments that'll be remembered forever 💥.

meh, another overhyped movie getting more attention because of its star power 🤷‍♂️... I mean, sure Brad Pitt is a big deal but does that really translate to an Oscar-worthy film? it's always the same story - Hollywood A-lister puts their name behind some mediocre script and suddenly it's a contender for awards season buzz 🎥. don't get me wrong, I'm curious about the movie, but I'll need to see more than just Pitt's face on the poster to get excited 💁‍♂️...

OMG, I'm so stoked to see Brad Pitt in F1: The Movie on Apple TV this week 🤩! I've been following this movie for ages and it's gonna be lit 💥. I mean, who doesn't love a good racing drama, right? 😎 I'm sure the movie is gonna get so much buzz during awards season, and with the critics' choice noms, it's def gonna be a top contender 🏆. And can we talk about how cool it is that Apple TV is teaming up with F1 racing for this partnership? It's like, they're taking it to the next level 🚀! So, who else is hyped to watch this movie? Let me know in the comments below 💬

I'm not surprised that Brad Pitt's 'F1: The Movie' is hitting Apple TV just ahead of awards season... think about it, what's better timing for a prestige film than when everyone's already got their eyes on Oscar-worthy flicks? 😊 And I mean, with a PG-13 rating and all the buzz surrounding Formula 1 racing, this movie seems to have all the ingredients for a real contender. But you know what would've taken it from being just another awards hopeful? Some real world context... like, how does F1 relate to everyday life? Is it more than just high-speed chases on screen? That's where I think Apple TV might have missed the mark by not exploring that angle a bit more. 🤔

OMG, I'm so stoked for this new movie release on Apple TV! 🚗🎥 Brad Pitt is such a talented actor, I loved him in Fight Club (2019). I've been waiting for this film to come out, it looks so intense and emotional - love the racing scenes, they're gonna be so thrilling! 😍 F1: The Movie seems like an amazing comeback story, who doesn't love an underdog tale? Also, Javier Bardem is such a great actor, he's always good in every role. Can't wait to watch this with my friends and family, it's gonna be such a bing-fest! 🎥👍

August 22 is just around the corner, and I know I'll be devouring every second of Sonny Hayes' (played by Brad Pitt) journey as he takes the Formula 1 circuit by storm. 🏎️ I mean, can you imagine anything more exhilarating than racing at top speed while dealing with personal demons? It sounds like a recipe for cinematic magic! And let's not forget about the talented cast - Javier Bardem and Damson Idris are always a treat to watch. I'm also loving how Apple TV is partnering with Formula 1 racing, it'll be awesome to see this type of event featured on their platform. Maybe they can even get some exclusive interviews with the stars or behind-the-scenes peeks? 🤔

🏎️ OMG I'm super stoked that 'F1: The Movie' is finally hitting Apple TV this week! 🤩 Brad Pitt as Sonny Hayes sounds like an epic role, and with Joseph Kosinski directing, I know it's gonna be a wild ride. 🚗💥 Plus, the cast is insane - Javier Bardem and Damson Idris are my faves! 😍 The movie also gets major awards buzz, which is awesome for Apple TV to have some serious recognition. 📺 Can't wait to binge-watch it this weekend! 📆

OMG, I'm so stoked for Brad Pitt fans! 🚗🎥 F1: The Movie is gonna be lit! I mean, who wouldn't wanna watch a Hollywood superstar like Pitt on the big screen (or in this case, on Apple TV)? And the Formula 1 racing drama sounds SO intense! I love how the movie's got its own awards season buzz going on. It's dope that it's getting recognition from the National Board of Review and Critics' Choice Awards too 🏆👏 I'm defo gonna check this out when it drops, even if my friends say I'll only watch it 'cause Pitt 😜
