OMG this is wild ! So like, what's gonna happen now? Is it gonna affect the elections in 2026? I mean, California has a special election to fill LaMalfa's seat which will be super interesting to watch. And then there's the whole thing about the new district lines... it could get pretty messy! What if they choose someone who's not as conservative as LaMalfa? Would that affect the party's chances in the midterms? I'm curious to see how this all plays out!

I'm totally shook about this news - a rep from CA passes away and now they're worried about holding onto power? Meanwhile, I'm over here thinking why did it take so long for them to replace him?! They should've had a plan B in place already. And what's up with the new district lines? It's gonna be super interesting to see how all this plays out California is like the epicenter of party politics right now, and I'm here for it

I'm not sure if I'm right or wrong about this ... but I think it's kinda weird that California is having a special election to fill LaMalfa's seat so soon. Like, shouldn't they just leave it empty for a bit and see how things go? I mean, it's not like the state is gonna just fall apart or anything . But at the same time... don't we want some representation on the Hill ASAP? It's all so confusing! Maybe if we wait a bit, we can figure out who's actually qualified to fill the seat and make some informed decisions . I'm not saying it's bad or anything, I just think... hmm, maybe I'm thinking too much about this .
