Can Syria's president turn wave of global goodwill into tangible results at home?

I'm not sure how much good can come from someone who's part of a jihadist group now leading international diplomacy efforts 🤔. I mean, think about it - Syria's been through so much and yet we're still dealing with issues like extremism and governance. $6 billion from the Gulf is a nice chunk of change, but what about the people suffering on the ground? And Trump's backing for him just seems like more politics than actual support... 🙄
 
I'm not sure if I trust Trump's motives with Sharaa... seems like he's using him for his own anti-extremism agenda 🤔👀 Still, gotta give credit to Sharaa for being super diplomatic and building relationships worldwide - it's a big win for Syria! 💯 What do u guys think about the 6 billion dollars in Gulf investments? Should've come with more conditions tho... 😒
 
🤔 i'm not surprised by sharaa's diplomatic skills, but it's still impressive how far he's come so quickly. i mean, the guy was once tied to a jihadist group and now he's hanging out with trumps and guterres 🙄. what i find interesting is that everyone's talking about his ability to address internal issues like sanctions and governance, but let's be real, that's the hard part. i'm not sure how much of it is genuine or just a bunch of conditions attached to all that sweet $6 billion from the gulf 🤑. one thing for sure tho, sharaa needs to tread carefully and make sure he doesn't lose control of things amidst all the chaos 😬
