. Like, can't these GMs just make a smart move for once? The Cavs are already 29-21 and now they're giving away De'Andre Hunter to try and get ahead? It just doesn't add up 
. And the Kings, man... they sound like they have no clue what's going on

Sacramento is in a good position right now and I don't see them needing to make such a huge move. They're basically giving away a prospect like Keon Ellis for a guy who might not even pan out. 
And Charles says they seem "out of touch with reality" which is fair, their front office does come off as kinda clueless.
Those are gonna be tough to get anything valuable from.

. The Cavs were supposed to be contenders for the division title, but now they've basically handed over their young guy De'Andre Hunter for some mid-tier players that might not even make it past next season 
. I'm not buying into all this "we're just getting guys who can help us win in the short term" nonsense...teams have got to think about the future

You gotta make smart moves and plan for the future. Keon Ellis is a nice player, but sending him to Chicago just for a trade doesn't seem right... I think it was a mistake.

It's all about the front office, fam... if you don't know what you're doing, you shouldn't be makin' moves 
it seems like teams are tryna clear space for next year's rookie class but in the process, they're throwin away valuable assets 
. also, kings seem to be makin moves outta desperation rather than strategy 
i think he's right tho, Cavs are kinda puzzling themselves here. like, they're already tied for 2nd in the east, why do they need to make a trade that just brings in some decent players but not a game-changer? and what's up with the kings?!
