Chicago food companies like Mush, Farmer's Fridge flourish as consumers move away from processed foods

I feel like people are finally starting to wake up to the fact that processed foods just aren't doing it for them anymore 💡. It's great to see companies like Mush and Farmer's Fridge capitalizing on this trend by offering healthier, more authentic options 🍞. And yeah, big brands like Kraft Heinz need to step up their game if they want to stay relevant...splitting into two separate companies is a good start, but it's not just about the product itself, it's also about building trust with consumers and being transparent about what you're doing 🤝.

I think we'll see more of these types of acquisitions happening in the future as startups test new trends and bigger conglomerates pick up the ones that work out 🤑. And it's awesome to see companies like Vital Proteins and Simple Mills getting recognized for their efforts 💯. Overall, I'm excited to see where this whole trend takes us and how the food industry evolves 👀
