Xbox Game Pass December Additions: Mortal Kombat 1, Routine, and Dome Keeper

As the calendar flips to a new month, Xbox has announced its latest batch of additions to Game Pass, the popular subscription service that offers access to a vast library of games for a flat monthly fee. This December's lineup includes some big-name titles that fans have been eagerly awaiting.

First up is Mortal Kombat 1, which drops on December 10 for Ultimate and Premium subscribers. omg can't believe all these sick games are comin through on game pass this dec ! 🤩 i mean who wouldn't wanna play mortal kombat 1 again after all these years? and routine is def one of my faves from back in the day, so stoked it's finally available on game pass. dome keeper sounds like a blast too, never tried roguelikes but might have to give it a shot 😂 anyone else hyped for these new additions? 🎮
 
meh, another bunch of games that are gonna get lost in the sea of stuff on game pass 🤷‍♂️... i mean, mortal kombat 1 is a no-brainer for fans, but it's not like xbox is trying to innovate or anything, they're just rehashing old formula. routine looks pretty cool though, that retro vibe is definitely my jam 👍 and dome keeper sounds like a fun little time waster... i'll def be checking those out, but it's not like i'm expecting any major changes or anything 🤔 game pass has become so big that it's hard to keep track of what's actually good anymore 😂
 
🤔 you know what I just think about all these new games coming out...its amazing how much stuff is being added to game pass each month now 📈 its like theyre trying to make it impossible for us to resist buying more xbox consoles haha 😂 but seriously, cant wait to dive into mortal kombat 1 and dome keeper, been hearing great things about them 💻
 
Ugh, like seriously, have you guys even checked out Routine? It's been out since 2012, dude... 🤦‍♂️ Like, what took them so long to add it to Game Pass? And don't even get me started on Dome Keeper, it's like a million other games in the same genre already. I mean, sure, it's fun and all, but it's not like it's some groundbreaking title or anything... 🤔

And can we talk about the fact that Mortal Kombat 1 is just getting released now? Like, come on, it's been out for years in other places, why is Xbox so slow to catch up? And the new game modes and updated fighting system, big whoop... I've seen better graphics on my old console 🙄.

And what's with all these releases on December 9th? It's like a bunch of them just got dropped off at the same time or something. Maybe they should consider staggered releases like some other services do? 🤷‍♂️ Anyway, I guess it's always good to have more options and games to play... but can we get some original titles around here for once? 😒
 
OMG, like, I'm so hyped about the new additions to Game Pass this Dec! I've been waiting for a good Mortal Kombat game for ages 🤯, and now that it's finally coming out, I'm gonna jump right into it with my Ultimate subscription 💥. And Routine? Retro vibes all day, erry day 😎. But, like, what's up with Dome Keeper? I've never heard of it before, is it a new IP or something? 🤔
 
I mean, can we talk about how these game releases are just another example of how our governments (aka corporations) shape the gaming industry? I'm all for more access to games like Mortal Kombat 1, but is it really too much that Xbox is giving away a bunch of new titles with their Game Pass subscription service?

It's almost like they're trying to control what we play and when. Do we have a choice in what games we can play? I'd say not really. The more I think about it, the more I'm reminded of the whole "gaming as a distraction" narrative. It's all just a way for them to keep us occupied while they make their real money elsewhere.

And don't even get me started on how these games are making money off our habituation to violence and gore. It's like we're being conditioned to accept this kind of content without even realizing it. 🤔
 
I don't get why they gotta include all these old games 🤷‍♂️, like Routine is from 2012 lol what's next, Super Mario Bros. for the Game Pass? 🙄 And can we talk about how some of these games are just so... basic? I mean, a roguelike with a mining simulator element, sounds like something my grandma would play 🚫 Dome Keeper or whatever, more like 😴
 
Just what we needed more MK gore 😅. Routine's retro vibes are cool but it's like playing a '90s video game that everyone already knows 📺. Dome Keeper sounds like a blast, hope I can beat my high score ⏰.
 
I'm literally so stoked about the new games coming to Game Pass this Dec 🤩 I've been waiting for a new Mortal Kombat game for ages! 😂 My bro just got me the original Mortal Kombat 1 for my birthday and we spent like, 12 hours straight playing it 🕹️💥 I'm kinda nervous about how the new version will be but I trust Xbox to bring it. And hey, I heard Routine is coming out too? 🤔 My girlfriend loves those retro sci-fi games and she's been bugging me to get her one for ages 😊 Dome Keeper sounds kinda weird but I'll def give it a shot 🎮 Maybe we can even have a gaming night this weekend with our squad 👫👍
 
ugh, just got word that climate change is affecting the global fish supply 🐟😔, like, we're talking mass extinctions here... think dolphins, whales, all those cute fishies 🌊 meanwhile, new Mortal Kombat game drops and people are still hyped about getting killed on screen 😂👀
