OMG you guys , I'm so proud of the Football Association for finally taking action against discriminatory abuse in grassroots football ! It's like, so needed! Those victims have been going through such trauma and it's amazing that they're now getting the support they deserve . Six counselling sessions? That's a lot to be offered! And the fact that body cameras are being worn by referees? Mind blown ! It's not just about the punishment, but also making sure people feel safe playing the game they love . Let's keep pushing for a more positive and inclusive culture in football !

I'm so glad the FA is finally taking this seriously . It's sickening to think about how many people are being driven out of the game because of toxic behaviour. The stats are crazy - 70% of participants feeling that reporting abuse won't lead to charges? That's just not good enough. We need to see more action, not just words . I'm all for increased punishments and body cameras, but counselling and mental health support is a game-changer . It shows the FA is willing to listen and help those affected.
