I'm so stoked about Disney+ adding HDR10+ to its lineup ! It's gonna make watching their shows look insane on my new 4K TV . I mean, who doesn't want to see their favorite characters and stories in ultra-high definition with better contrast, brightness, and colors? The fact that it's coming to Samsung TVs first is pretty cool too - I've got a friend whose brother just got one of those fancy monitors . It's great to see Disney+ taking steps into high-definition territory, even if it's not all content available at launch . I'm hoping more shows and movies will follow suit soon!
just had to check if Disney's gonna take over our screens with all that hd goodness but apparently they're starting slow with like 1k shows and it's mostly from Hulu idk if i'm hyped or disappointed lol the thing is HDR10+ is cool and all, but isn't it kinda like a new standard in the making? Netflix already jumped on board and now Samsung's partnering up with Disney+ to bring it to their TVs
So they're finally jumping into HD with HDR10+, about time too . I mean, who doesn't want to feel like they're right in the middle of their fave Disney show? Samsung's partnership is a big deal, and it'll be sick to see more content go live on these new TVs and monitors... fingers crossed for some decent smart TVs from other brands too .
It's kinda weird that Netflix already jumped ship with HDR10+ a few months ago, but I guess that's just what happens when you're the OG streaming giant . I'm curious to see how Disney+ will keep up with the competition and get more content available at this fancy new quality level... time will tell!
I think Disney+ making HDR10+ available is a total game-changer , I mean, who doesn't love a good upgrade? But at the same time, 1,000 shows from Hulu feels like such a small number - where's all that Disney magic supposed to come from? Samsung and Disney+ are teaming up to bring this tech to TVs and monitors, but what about people who can't afford or don't have these fancy devices? On the other hand, HDR10+ is way better than regular HDR10, so yeah, it's a step in the right direction... I guess.
