DOJ to investigate Walz and Frey over their fight against ICE occupation

Ugh, can't believe this is happening 🤯. Like, I get it, we need to hold our leaders accountable for their actions, but investigating them over public statements? It's just too much already 🙄. The politicians are gonna be like "I was just trying to protect the community" and the Justice Department will be all "Nope, you obstructed federal law enforcement". Like, what even is the line here? Can't we just talk about these issues without being scrutinized this hard? 😩

🤔 I'm not sure what's going on here... The Justice Department launching an investigation into Walz and Frey just seems like a bunch of drama to me 😒. It feels like they're trying to stir up trouble rather than actually addressing the issues at hand. I mean, if they're really concerned about people being shot by ICE agents, why not focus on making sure that kind of thing never happens again? 🤷‍♂️ Instead, we're getting subpoenas and investigations... it just seems like a lot of noise to me 💨. Can't they just have a calm conversation about how to keep their community safe without all the drama? 😐

🤔 I'm not buying the "retaliatory" claim from Minnesota officials just yet. The fact that a criminal investigation is being launched into public statements and actions doesn't necessarily mean it's a witch hunt... but without more info on what exactly they're looking for, it's hard to say. ICE agents' aggressive tactics are a legit concern tho 🚨. Need more context on this probe before passing judgment. Where's the source on these subpoenas & what kind of statements are they reviewing? 📝
