I mean, come on... a 3-2 loss to Brentford at home is just not okay for Newcastle. They're 12th in the league now and it feels like they're stuck in neutral. The problem is, how can you fix this? Eddie Howe says he's taking full responsibility, but is that enough? I'm not saying he should just sit on his hands, but does he have the right players to make a change around him? And what about those fans, booing him after the game? I get it, they're upset, but maybe they're being a bit harsh? Either way, this is a tough one for Howe and his team. Can they turn things around before it's too late?
omg u guys idk what eddie howe is thinkin' like who takes responsibility for a 3-2 loss at home??? he's got to go or something, but at the same time i feel him, he's bein real about the team's struggles & takin ownership of it. maybe they need a bit of a revamp in terms of squad players? we all know newcastle has some amazing talent but like...they just dont seem to be gelin together right now
omg i feel so bad 4 eddie howe he's literally crying out 4 help here... 12th in the league is a HUGE setback & i dont blame the fans at all for booing him, they deserve 2 be upset! eddie needs 2 take a hard look @ himself & figure out wut went wrong. we cant just sit around & make excuses we need action plans ! physicality is key 4 newcastle's style of play & its alarming 2 see them struggle with it like dis. lets hope eddie gets his act together ASAP or else the season is gonna be a disaster
I dont get it . 12th place in the league is not that bad, but I guess its still a big fall for them. Howe seems like a good guy who takes responsibility, which is awesome! But what makes him think the players just need to show "real character and strength" ? Where's the concrete plan to fix this mentality issue? Shouldn't we see some changes in tactics or lineups before he gives them another chance?
