I'm soooo confused

, like I know we gotta protect our democracy and all, but at the same time, can't we just chill out about voter fraud?

It feels like this whole thing is super polarized, you know? Trump's plan to "nationalize voting" is like, alarmingly similar to what happened in 2020... but on the other hand, I get why he's doing it - those election officials were totally under threat and it was super unfair.
I mean, I'm all for making sure our elections are secure, but do we really need to take over local control? That sounds like a recipe for disaster

. And what about all the election experts who say Trump's got some power to influence elections, but that his power is limited by courts?

Like, how can we trust anyone when it feels like there's always going to be some drama?
Ugh, I just don't know what to think anymore

. Maybe we should just focus on making sure everyone has access to voting booths and stuff...
