omg i had no idea fake pills were such a big deal now like who would even think to make fake meds? and its so scary that people are making them themselves with minimal equipment... i feel so bad for ppl who get poisoned by these fake ones my cousin was on weight loss meds once and they made her gain weight instead of lose it... ugh

anyway back to this article... dont think the gov is doing enough to stop counterfeiting... like what's being done to stop people from making and selling these fake pills? and whats with all the online pharmacies that are just selling anything? isnt there some kind of law against those things?

I don't usually comment but... I'm super concerned about these fake pills hitting our streets . It's crazy to think that people might actually fall for these knockoffs thinking they're legit. The prices are already kinda high, now add in the risk of poisoning or even death from taking something that doesn't work as promised? That's just insane . I feel like we need a better system in place to monitor these meds online and offline, maybe some kind of tracking ID system so we can identify the fake stuff ASAP .

I'm so over these fake pills! Like, can't people just get real meds or something? The fact that scammers are making copies of weight loss meds is just crazy. And now we've got oral versions coming out, which means more opportunities for those dodgy pills to hit the market.

I mean, I get it, more options for people struggling with weight, but come on! Can't we trust the big pharma companies to do their job? They're not just gonna leave these meds unregulated because they don't want anyone to know. And what about all those NHS patients who are counting on legit meds to manage their conditions?

Regulation is key here and it sounds like the MHRA needs to step up its game. If we can't trust online pharmacies or licensed retailers, how do we expect people to stay safe? More public health campaigns would be a good start, I think .

Anyway, just another reason why I don't buy pills from the internet . Always sticking to my doc prescribed meds from now on .
