Ferrari: What may have been behind chairman John Elkann's comments about Charles Leclerc, Lewis Hamilton

😒 I think Elkann's comments are a bit harsh, ya know? Like, we get it, Ferrari's not where they want to be, but piling on the drivers ain't gonna solve anything 🤦‍♂️. Hamilton and Leclerc have been speaking out for a reason - they're passionate about racing and they wanna do their part to help the team improve. Giving 'em lip isn't gonna make that happen 💪. It's all about teamwork, right? Elkann needs to focus on getting the squad working together instead of tearing down his own drivers 🤝. Fingers crossed Ferrari can turn it around under Vasseur and get back into contention 💥

I'm not buying it 🙄. If I'm a billionaire owner of a racing team, I'd want my drivers to think on their feet and speak out when something's wrong, not just sit there and take it 😒. And yeah, maybe Elkann's comments were meant to refocus the team, but what if that means keeping quiet about the real issues? 🤔 Like Collins said, the drivers are all looking to improve, so why would they need to be told to do that? It just seems like an excuse to shut down the drama and focus on the bottom line 💸.

I'm not sure I agree with what Ferrari's chairman said about Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc. Like, isn't it okay if they want to speak up and share their thoughts? 🤔 It doesn't seem like a big deal to me. And honestly, I think it's kind of weird that Elkann would say that to them when Ferrari was having a tough time in the Sao Paulo Grand Prix... like, maybe he should be focusing on fixing those problems instead of criticizing the drivers? 💡
