I'm so frustrated about the current state of rugby union

. It seems like everyone's just focusing on individual players and their stats, rather than looking at the bigger picture. The game is getting more and more physical, which I think is a good thing, but we're losing sight of the team aspect of it all.
I mean, sure, a great player can make all the difference in a match, but what about the rest of the team? How are they performing? Are they communicating effectively on the pitch? Are they supporting each other out there? It's like we're so caught up in individual heroics that we're forgetting about the importance of teamwork.
And don't even get me started on the refereeing

. It seems like the refs are getting it all wrong more and more often, which is just as bad for the game as a strong team losing to a weaker one. We need to focus on finding ways to improve the referees' skills, rather than just complaining about their decisions.
I know some people might say I'm being too negative, but I think we need to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. Rugby union is more than just a bunch of guys running around with balls β it's a sport that requires skill, strategy, and teamwork. Let's not forget that!
