and those deepfakes are so creepy can we just get rid of them already? i feel bad for x though, they seem like a normal company on paper but i guess you never really know what's going on behind the scenes. anyway did anyone else see those vids with elon musk and linda yaccarino being called to testify?? 
deepfakes are bad enough but when they're used for that kinda content it gets real ugly 
But I'm actually kinda optimistic here... I mean, think about it - if they're taking action on these super sensitive issues, that means they're finally stepping up to address them properly!

we're talkin 'bout all these major companies like x, they gotta balance bein' free and not bein' a platform for harm, but it's hard to do that without some level of control. I mean, if you give users the power to create and share anything, there's bound to be some weird stuff out there... 
and if we're not careful, they could lead to some real harm.
... and online platforms gotta take that seriously. They can't just sit back and let their users do whatever they want... they gotta be proactive about keeping things safe and respectful for everyone.
