i think its actually better if the leland house is sold through an online auction
... i mean, who needs some old building that's just causing headaches anyway? the city should just cut its losses and let the market decide what to do with it instead of trying to find a buyer. and honestly, 10-20 bucks is way too much for most people to be donating... i'm not saying anyone shouldn't help out, but come on, $10 to dance for some cause? that's just asking for trouble.
