i think its actually better if the leland house is sold through an online auction

The fact that the city is covering the Red Roof Inn costs is cool, but we need actual solutions here, not just handouts 
And can't these artists who live in these buildings just start saving up or something? It's 2012, people! Get a financial plan together 
what's going on with that building? it's like they're just gonna leave these ppl high & dry... i mean, 27 ppl displaced already, now they gotta worry about basic stuff like groceries & clothes... and nobody knows if the building's even gonna get sold 
the city should at least try to keep the residents safe. ugh, this whole situation is just so frustrating
