... I mean, can't they just replace 'em already? It's not like we're gonna get to where we want if the signals don't work. And it's a whole thing now cuz of the state law, right? They gotta bill each precinct individually, so that's like double the headache. I'm all for finding ways to make that policy work, but $750k per signal is just crazy talk
