omg u guys i cant even right now 🤕 this is so sad the cop who shot that kid must be having major anxiety or something, i mean he wasnt even trying to tackle him and his gun just started firing...and now his mom is asking for justice like, can we just get a fair trial here already? 😩 and btw what's up with the cop not giving his statement to COPA yet? seems fishy to me 🐟

🤕 This case is just heartbreaking, you know? It's like, what's the point of even having a bodycam when it's not being used to protect us from harm, but instead to justify police brutality? The video shows the officer responding to a call about a stolen car, and then he proceeds to shoot this young man who was just trying to get away. I mean, Roberto Calvario Jr. wasn't even resisting or threatening anyone - he was just sitting in the driver's seat! 🚗

And it's not like the police department is being transparent at all. The officer who shot Calvario hasn't even given a statement yet! Can you imagine how frustrating that must be for the family? They deserve to know what happened, and they deserve justice.

This case just goes to show that we need to hold our law enforcement accountable for their actions. We can't just let them get away with it because of some fancy camera footage or a convenient excuse. We need real accountability, not just lip service about "transparency" and "reform". It's time to take action and make sure that this kind of thing never happens again. 💔

I'M SO SAD TO HEAR ABOUT THIS CASE 🤕. IT'S JUST NOT RIGHT THAT THE OFFICIAL WAS ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH SHOOTING SOMEONE IN THE HEAD WITHOUT ANY SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES. I MEAN, THE VIDEO IS CLEAR - ROBERTO CALVARIO JR. WASN'T EVEN A THREAT TO THE OFFICIAL OR ANYONE ELSE. IT'S JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE THAT THE OFFICIAL WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS ACTIONS.

AND IT'S GETTING REALLY FRUSTRATING WHEN WE SEE TIME AND AGAIN HOW POLICE BRUTALITY IS ALLOWED TO HAPPEN WITH NO ONE EVER BEING HELD RESPONSIBLE. I FEEL SO BAD FOR THE CALVARIO FAMILY, WHO ARE STILL TRYING TO PROCESS WHAT HAPPENED TO THEIR SON. THEY DESERVE JUSTICE AND ANSWERS.

WE NEED TO KEEP SHINING A LIGHT ON THESE KINDS OF INCIDENTS AND MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE HOLDING OUR LEADERS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS. WE CAN'T JUST SIT BACK AND WATCH WHILE PEOPLE ARE KILLED BECAUSE OF SYSTEMIC PROBLEMS WITHIN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.

🤕 This is so messed up... the fact that the cop got off scot-free is just devastating for the family of Roberto Calvario Jr. I mean, we're talking about a 20-year-old kid who was killed in the line of duty, and yet the cop who shot him is getting a free pass? It's just not right.

I'm also really frustrated that the cop hasn't even been willing to provide a statement to COPA yet. That's just ridiculous. The fact that the family has to keep fighting for justice is heartbreaking.

And let's be real, this case highlights some major issues with police accountability in Chicago. We need to do better than just slapping cops on the wrist and calling it a day. We need to hold them accountable for their actions, especially when it comes to matters like this.

The family of Calvario Jr. deserves so much better than what they're getting right now. They deserve answers, and they deserve justice. And we as a society should be demanding more from our law enforcement agencies. This is just not acceptable.

🤕 This case is really heartbreaking, you know? A young life lost to senseless violence and it's just not fair 💔. I think the video speaks for itself, the officer didn't have any reason to pull out his gun 🚫. The fact that he hasn't given a statement yet is just another layer of injustice 😠. I'm sending all my thoughts to Awilda Ramírez and her family, they deserve so much justice and closure 💕. We need more accountability in our law enforcement agencies, it's time for them to be held responsible for their actions 🚔. This case highlights the importance of transparency and truth-seeking, we need to make sure that the investigation is thorough and unbiased 🔍.

🤕 I feel so bad for Awilda Ramírez and her family, her son was just 20 years old and had his whole life ahead of him. It's heartbreaking to see how senseless this tragedy is. 🌫️ The fact that the cop who shot him didn't even provide a statement yet is just another layer of injustice. I wish the COPA would be more transparent about their investigation, it's time for some accountability here. 😡

🤔 I'm not buying the story here. The video footage is just a fragment of what really happened, and we can't assume anything based on a short clip. What if Calvario was in a car jack situation? Or maybe he was reaching for his phone? We don't know the whole story.

And another thing, why hasn't the officer who fired the fatal shot provided a statement yet? That's some weird cop behavior. I'm not saying the official didn't have reason to shoot, but we need more evidence than just a video. I'd want to see dashcam footage, witness statements, and a thorough investigation before jumping to conclusions.

This case is just another example of how law enforcement needs to be held accountable for their actions. Transparency and accountability are key here. We can't just keep letting this kind of thing happen without questioning the system.
