How Netflix acquiring Warner Bros. could change the future of movies

idk what's going on here... $83 billion seems crazy expensive, like what's gonna change just because nbc owns netflix now? movie theaters are already struggling, they don't need some giant corporation coming in and threatening them even more 🤷‍♂️ it's all about the benjamins, i guess. will we get to see more harry potter or is it all gonna be netflix originals? still trying to wrap my head around this acquisition 📺
