I'm a bit worried about my own sleep lately
. I mean, with all the notifications from social media and whatnot, it's hard to just wind down before bed. I've been trying out some of these tips, like turning off my phone an hour before bedtime
, but it's still not always easy.
I think it's really cool that they're talking about how important it is to have a consistent routine, though
. My friend swears by her "bedtime jar" - she writes down all the things she wants to do the next day on slips of paper and puts them in a jar, then reads from it before bed
. I might give that a try!
I also love the idea of creating a sleep-conducive environment
. My room is pretty dark already, but I never thought about using blackout curtains to block out even more light
. And earplugs? That's genius!
Anyway, just seems like some small changes could make a big difference in how I sleep, you know?
