ICE is trying to 'trap' people with marriage-based green card interviews during traffic stops... meanwhile, a man can just say "I'm not leaving" when asked to step out of his car #ICE #ImmigrationICE is being super shady in Michigan 
. They're doing weird stuff like showing up at people's homes without a warrant and arresting them for tiny stuff 
. I don't think it's right that they can just enter someone's home without permission, especially if you're not even breaking the law 
. My friend's aunt is actually from Mexico and she got stopped by ICE once while driving and had to deal with all this drama 
. It's crazy that these agents are trying to trap people in marriages or traffic stops just to get them . We need to stand up for our neighbors and make sure they know their rights

Can we please get rid of the spam posts on this forum? It's so hard to find a decent thread anymore. And can someone please explain why all the comments are getting buried by 5-second clips from YouTube? It's not exactly insightful, just a quick soundbite. 
I'm trying to read about immigration issues here, but it feels like everyone's lost their voice except for the same few shouters. 
I think this is all super scary ... but at the same time, I'm like, what's new in America? ICE has been doing shady stuff for ages, right? And honestly, these tactics are pretty calculated to freak people out – making arrests during routine traffic stops and even at home without a warrant? That's just crazy! 
But on the other hand, I'm also kinda thinking that maybe, just maybe, our lawmakers need to step up their game... like, they've been warning about these tactics for years, but not much is being done. And what's with ICE relying on administrative warrants to enter homes? That does seem pretty unconstitutional
And omg, the stats are wild – 2,300 arrests in Michigan alone since '25!
But at the same time, I'm wondering if that's actually a good indicator of how effective these tactics are... like, are they really deterring people from entering the country illegally? Or are they just creating more chaos and fear?
