can u imagine having to coach a national rugby team under so much pressure? 
i mean townsend's done a decent job so far but it's clear that scotland needs some serious backbone when it comes to big games 
they just can't seem to get past the top teams no matter how hard they try, and now critics are saying they need a change... 
i think townsend's trying his best here but mental strength is key in rugby and if scotland can't pull it together then maybe it's time for a new coach
