Joy Crookes says UK and Ireland in 'dark time' amid rise of far-right politics

🤐 people need to wake up, I'm not saying the 70s were cool or anything but I do think we're heading in a similar direction 🚨. it's like, we can't even go outside without seeing some far-right flag waving around and it's getting more and more intense by the day 💥. Joy Crookes is right, it does feel like we're entering a dark time ⛈️. I'm not gonna lie, after seeing all those St George flags in London, my skin crawlled 😷. it's like, what's next? are we gonna start seeing neo-Nazi rallies on our high streets again? 🚫 no thanks, let's just hope some people with influence use their voices to speak out against this toxic stuff 💪.

🤯 I'm literally freaking out just thinking about Joy Crookes' words 🙅‍♂️, the UK's in a super dark place right now 😕. It's scary to think we're back to that National Front era vibe from the 70s 🌍. I was at this gig last month and it felt like everyone was on edge 🤔. Seeing all those St George's flags waving around in central London made me wanna grab my umbrella and leave 😂, but also kinda gave me goosebumps 💀, you know? Like, what are we even doing to our country right now? 🤷‍♀️ At least Joy's speaking out about it 🗣️, using her platform to bring people together instead of tearing them apart ❤️. She's singing that Black Boys on Mopeds song like her life depends on it 💖, and honestly, I am HERE. FOR. IT 💪

I totally get why Joy Crookes feels uneasy about what's happening in the UK right now... it does feel like we're heading into some really dark times 😕 I mean, those St George's flags in central London are a bit concerning, and it's not just about the flags, is it? It's about the rise of far-right politics and nationalism. It feels like we've gone backwards as a society 🤯. But at the same time, I love that Joy Crookes is using her platform to speak out against racism and promote solidarity between communities 💕. We need more voices like hers, especially from musicians who have the reach to inspire change 💥. Let's keep shining a light in these dark times! ✨

I'm so worried about where we're headed in the UK right now 🤕. It feels like we're seeing a lot of similar vibes to the 70s, with all this nationalism and far-right stuff popping up everywhere. I mean, I was at a gig recently and there were loads of St George's flags flying around central London - it just felt super unsettling 😬. And Joy Crookes said something that really resonated with me - she feels like we're entering a 'dark time'... let's hope we can turn things around before it's too late 🌟.
