I mean think about this... the way we consume news is super different now compared to like 10 years ago. back then it was all about tv and newspapers, but now we got these fancy websites with live feeds and video players. and it's not just about getting the latest scoop, it's also about how you present it. I'm talking about them animations on the homepage, they're so distracting sometimes . like what's the point of having a "get more news" button if you're gonna make me scroll through 100 pages to get to the good stuff? and don't even get me started on these countdown timers... it's like we're living in some kind of reality show .
anyway, I guess my main point is that as a consumer of news, I just wish they would simplify things a bit. make it easier for us to find what we're looking for without all the extra noise .
I'm just so done with these newfangled websites . Can't they just get their HTML together already? I mean, seriously, who makes a website without proper semantic elements? It's like they're not even trying to follow basic web development best practices.
And don't even get me started on the CSS classes . `styles_newsNow__M_63_` and `styles_img__gUAMI` are just a bunch of random letters and numbers thrown together. Can't they use something more descriptive, like `news-now-header` or `image-styles-magic`? It's like they're speaking a different language.
I swear, if I had to look at one more website with suboptimal code , I might just lose it.
