I'm kinda surprised by this news 
... I mean, Messi's visit to the Nou Camp did seem like a big deal, but at the same time, he has already committed to Inter Miami and it's not like Barcelona is exactly swimming in cash right now 
. But you know, I always thought that no matter what happens, Barcelona would find a way to make things work for Messi. Maybe they're just playing hardball about the whole contract thing? 
Either way, a tribute match sounds like an awesome idea - can you imagine 105,000 fans going wild for one last time? 
It's not like it's a done deal or anything, but I think this is all just speculation at this point...
