I'm telling ya, £60m for some young French dude? That's crazy talk! Back in my day, we didn't see players getting signed for that kinda cash just yet. And now it seems like everyone wants a piece of the action. Liverpool gets Jérémy Jacquet and Chelsea can't even get him? What happened to good old-fashioned scouting and player development? These days it's all about throwing money at problems .
