dude, I'm so confused about this whole thing... like, Mangione's trying to argue that he can't be tried twice for the same crime, but isn't that kinda the point of having separate trials in state and federal court? 
And what's up with all these charges, is it really that hard to just charge someone with one thing or stick to one narrative? 
And can we talk about how ridiculous it sounds when he shouts "one plus one equals two" in court... 
like, I get the whole double jeopardy thing, but come on!
