Mall-going but budget-constrained: gen-z shoppers shape the future of retail

I think its crazy how Gen-Z is all about values over just saving cash 🤑. They want more than just a deal, they wanna feel connected and part of something 💖. Malls are like, super cool again because they offer more than just shopping - its about hangin out with friends, tryin new things 😎. And gifts? Forget about it! Homemade stuff and experiences over some boring old present 🎁. Its like, the future of retail is all about makin people feel good 💕. Retailers gotta step up their game if they wanna keep up with this crew 🔄

idk why malls are getting popular again 🤷‍♀️ like isnt that where all my friends go to hangout and stuff? and what's with this emphasis on experiences and emotions in shopping? cant we just get a good deal on something without feeling all these extra vibes? but i guess thats just not how gen z is thinking anymore 🤑
