Manchester United beat Arsenal … has the wobble begun? Football Weekly – video

Manchester United's 2-1 win over Arsenal at Old Trafford on Sunday has raised eyebrows among football fans and pundits alike, as it marks the latest chapter in the Red Devils' ongoing struggle to find consistency this season.

The visitors came into the match off the back of a three-game winning streak, but it was Manchester United who set the tone early on, with Marcus Rashford opening the scoring in the 15th minute. The goal sent a clear message that the home team was determined to take control of the game, and they continued to press for more after the break.

Arsenal, however, refused to give up, and their tireless effort paid off in the 78th minute when Bukayo Saka equalized for the Gunners. The match seemed poised on a knife-edge as it entered its final stages, with both teams creating scoring opportunities.

But Manchester United ultimately got their man in the 90th minute, when Christian Eriksen's stunning individual effort sealed a hard-fought victory for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side. The win marked the Red Devils' sixth success over Arsenal this season, and has raised questions about whether the team is finally finding its footing under Solskjaer.

While Sunday's victory was certainly a welcome boost for Manchester United, it also highlights the growing sense that the team may be at risk of falling into a 'wobble'. With multiple high-profile defeats in recent weeks, including a 5-0 thrashing at Liverpool and a 2-1 loss to Everton, Solskjaer's men have found themselves struggling to maintain momentum.

If Manchester United is unable to get back on track, it could have significant implications for the team's chances of competing with the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool for Premier League supremacy. As the season wears on, fans will be watching closely to see if Solskjaer's team can rediscover their winning formula and avoid a prolonged period of instability.

I'm thinkin' that all this fuss about Man United losin' and then winnin' is kinda blowin' outta proportion 🤷‍♂️. I mean, they got beat at Liverpool 5-0 but still managed to bounce back and thrash Arsenal 2-1! That's what I call a statement 🗣️. People need to chill and remember that football's just a game, it's all about momentum right now 👍. If Solskjaer can keep his team together and motivated, they'll be alright 🔒. And let's not forget, they've still got some big games comin' up against City and United... it's gonna be a wild ride 🎠!

I gotta say, this win over Arsenal feels like a wake-up call for United 😊. Like, they were getting too comfortable with just showing up and grinding out results. But this time around, it was all about finding that spark 🔥. It's a reminder that consistency is key in football (and life), and you can't coast on momentum alone.

It also makes me think about how teams can get complacent and overconfident 🤔. Manchester United needs to find that balance between feeling confident in their abilities and staying humble enough to listen to criticism and adjust their game plan. That's where the real growth happens, right?

OMG 😲 I'm literally shaking thinking about how intense that game was!!! I mean, Manchester United's win over Arsenal is like the ultimate comeback story 🙌! They went down 1-0 but still managed to come back and win it in the 90th minute?!?! That goal by Christian Eriksen was pure magic ⚡️! But you know what's even crazier? The fact that they've lost multiple games recently... like, seriously how do you keep going after those kinds of defeats? 😅 It's like, can they just catch a break and get some momentum back?!?! I'm so hyped to see if they can turn it around and make a run for the Premier League title 💥!

idk what's up with man utd lately 🤔 they've been all over the place, like, one week they're crushing it, next week they're getting thrashed 5-0 lol. i think solskjaer needs to shake things up, maybe bring in some fresh blood or something. but at the same time, 2-1 win against arsenal is def a good result 🙌 especially considering how well arsenal was playing before that match. anyway, it's like man utd is stuck between being inconsistent and being a total disaster 🤦‍♂️ gotta see what happens next season...

I'm still trying to wrap my head around that match lol 😂, 2-1 win for United but it feels like they're only getting the basics right at this point. Rashford's goal was sick though, who knew he had it in him? 🤩 And Eriksen's winner was insane! But seriously, if they can't maintain this momentum, it'll be a disaster for them. They've got to sort out their defense and consistency issues or else they might just get left behind by the top teams 💔. Can we please see some of that old United magic return? 😁

im thinkin man u is tryna make a statement w/ this win over arsenal! 2-1 at old Trafford is def a good result, but lets not get ahead of ourselves... they still hav a long way to go from here 🤔

solskjaer's got some big decisions comin' up if he wants to keep his job. if man u keeps losin like this, it'll be hard 4 him 2 prove he's the right man 4 the job 🔥... or maybe this win is just what they need 2 get back on track? 🤞 only time wll tell

idk how much longer this team can keep up the 1-2 goals per match they're just like the other mid-tier teams who get taken apart by top teams 🤔. that saka kid is getting a lot of credit for scoring in that game but let's be real, he didn't single-handedly turn it around for arsenal... eriksen was the real hero there 👏

I'm telling you, this league is getting so unpredictable 🤯. I mean, one minute Manchester United is dominating like they're the 99' Invincibles, and the next they're getting thrashed like the 2011-12 version. And don't even get me started on the midfield battles – it's like a chess match out there 💡. But you know what? I love it. It's keeping us on our toes, making every game feel like a cup final 🏆. Just hope they can find consistency soon, or we'll be talking about another season of 'almost' 😩. Ole's gotta shake things up, get the team firing again 🔥.

🤔 This win feels like a false dawn, you know? I mean, Manchester United has been all over the place this season, it's like they're still finding themselves. One week they're crushing it, the next they're getting thrashed 5-0. It's like they're constantly switching between being a top team and a mid-table struggler. Christian Eriksen's goal was incredible, but at the same time it felt like Manchester United just waited for him to make something happen instead of creating their own chances. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer needs to figure out what his team is and start playing with some consistency, or else this season is going to slip through their fingers... 💔

I'm not buying this win just yet 🤔. Yeah, they got lucky with that last-minute goal, but we all know how that always goes down 🔥. I mean, Christian Eriksen's "stunning" individual effort is just code for "we ran out of ideas and were desperate". And don't even get me started on Solskjaer's tactics – it's like he thinks the team can just rely on one guy to save them every time 🙄. The fact that they've lost multiple big games recently? That's not a wobble, that's a warning sign 🚨. We'll see how long this winning streak lasts before it all comes crashing down 😴.

MANCHESTER UNITED'S WIN OVER ARSENAL WAS A BIG DEAL!!! 🏆 THEY REALLY SHOWED US THAT THEY CAN COME BACK FROM BEHIND AND WIN, EVEN WHEN THINGS LOOK DARK FOR THEM! 💪 IT WAS LIKE CHRISTIAN ERIKSEN JUST TOOK THE GAME BY STORM IN THE 90TH MINUTE!!! 😲 BUT SERIOUSLY, THIS WIN WAS A GOOD BOOST FOR THE TEAM, BUT WE ALSO NEED TO SEE SOME CONSISTENCY FROM THEM NOW. 🤔 IF THEY CAN'T GET BACK ON TRACK AFTER BEING BEATEN BY LIVERPOOL AND EVERTON, IT'S GOING TO BE TROUBLE! 😬

omg u guys i'm still reeling from that match at old Trafford 🤯 i mean i know man u's not the most consistent team this season but they really needed to win against arsenal like seriously 6 times this season 😂 and christian eriksen's goal was INSANE 🙌 i've been a huge fan of eriksen since he joined the team and it's so good to see him finally getting some recognition 💪 anyway back to man u's struggles they really do need to get their act together if they wanna compete with city and liverpool for the title 👊 my friend's little bro plays for arsenal btw 🤦‍♂️

man i'm still trying to wrap my head around that 90th minute winner by eriksen lol what was he thinking 😂🔥 i mean, the guy is like 100 miles per hour on the pitch! anyway, i think man united's struggles this season are real but you know how it is, they've been in tough spots before and managed to bounce back. ole solskjaer's definitely done a good job so far, even if it doesn't feel like it all the time. what do u guys think tho? 🤔

just watched that match 🏟️ and man... rashford's goal was insane 😲 still can't believe how fast eriksen scored at the end tho 💥 think saka's equalizer just canceled out all the momentum man u had built up 🔥 guess we'll see what happens in the rest of the season 🤔
