He's got the raw talent, but it's like he's holding back on himself a bit too much at times. Remember when he scored that equalizer against West Ham? It was all cool and composed upfront, but before that, he just kind of stood there waiting for something to happen... needs to take more initiative 
his pace is unreal, no doubt about it! but yeah, connecting with teammates is key.
