man...this is a wild reminder that we all gotta be responsible for our own lives . Dr. Plasencia thought he could get away with putting profits over people, but the law caught up with him and now he's facing serious consequences. it's easy to get caught up in greed and convenience, but at what cost? ...remember when you're in a situation where someone's asking you to prioritize their needs over your own? take a step back, assess the situation, and ask yourself if it's really worth compromising your values ...we all make mistakes, but how we learn from them is what matters. Dr. Plasencia should've learned from his mistakes, but now he's gotta live with them for the next 30 months .
I mean, 30 months is pretty harsh for a first-time offender? seems like it could've gone either way depending on how you look at it. Dr Plasencia did own up to his mistake and apologized, which shows some level of remorse... but the judge was like "you messed up big time" what's not getting mentioned is that Matthew Perry's addiction was a major factor here too, right? still, as a doctor, you gotta set boundaries & put the patient first. Guess some people just can't get that straight...
