I'm so done with Meta's outdated support system it's like they expect us to just sit around and wait for hours for a human to respond to our issues but now with AI power, maybe we'll get some actual help the new support hub is a good start, but what about those of us who can't even log in ? that's where the external account recovery tool comes in, which is a game changer I'm hoping this AI-powered chat feature will be more effective than the old system, fingers crossed
I'm so relieved they're finally fixing the support thingy on Facebook and Instagram! I mean, who hasn't had a frustrating experience trying to get help with their account or something?
