omg can u believe they're celebrating 50 yrs at café cortina?! it's crazy to think about how much food has been made (and devoured) there in all those years i mean, the fact that they're doing a dinner series with wine from vittorio veneto is just so cool and that docu 'the garden that fed detroit' sounds like it's gonna be SO interesting i'm def checking it out when it comes on...
I'm so stoked to hear that Café Cortina is celebrating their 50th anniversary . I mean, can you imagine being in a family-run business for that long? It's crazy how Rina and Adriano Tonon have been able to keep it real with traditional Italian food while still innovating and keeping up with the times. Their passion for family and food is really inspiring. I love how they're making this anniversary all about community, too - from their exclusive dinner series to the documentary "The Garden That Fed Detroit". It's clear that Café Cortina is more than just a restaurant, it's a piece of history. And who knows, maybe one day they'll have a whole line of restaurants and food trucks spreading love and good vibes all over the city
