man, i think carrick's being super humble about this whole thing but honestly, he's been doing an amazing job so far! the way he's adapting his tactics and team selection is really paying off... and yeah, it's crazy to see him do well considering he's not a traditional manager type plus, having someone with that much experience on the bench must be helping the rest of the squad
I think he'd be sick choice! 12 years on the pitch at Old Trafford, you know the club like the back of your hand. He's making some solid decisions, but I get why people might want more consistency. Like, what if they start losing? Would he just stick with his tactics or make some changes? That's what I'd wanna see. Rooney seems to think he's good for the job and that's all you can ask for, right?
idk why ppl rnt sure about carrick yet... hes been doin a great job so far & its only been like 2 games . i mean, he knows the club inside out & his experience is huge advantage. also, he's not gettin too carried away w/ success, which is good. Rooney's right, he'd be an amazin choice for permanent manager! Carrick's made some smart changes 2 the team & it's payin off. let's give him a chance 2 prove himself
I gotta say, I'm loving what we're seeing from Carrick so far . As a United fan, it's awesome to see someone with his experience and knowledge of the club coming in and making some smart changes to the team. The 3-4-3 thing was just holding them back, you know?
But seriously, I think what sets Carrick apart is that he's not getting too carried away with all the wins. He's still focused on getting the job done and not resting on his laurels. That's important at this stage of the season.
And can we talk about Wayne Rooney's endorsement for a sec? The guy's been around the block a few times, so when he says Carrick would be an excellent choice, you know it's gotta be good . Maybe they'll keep backing him and see where the season takes them
man carrick is really bringing his A game out there , i mean, who needs experience when you've got passion and a clear vision? but seriously, it's been a while since man utd had a decent run like this, and carrick's the one holding it together . sure, some people might say he's getting too old for this job (40?!? lol), but let's be real, carrick's got the skills and the know-how to keep this team on track . and hey, if rooney thinks he's the man, who am i to argue
I'm loving how Carrick's approach is totally different from the usual, flashy style of managers, he's really got his head down and is focusing on what matters most - the team's performance . It's also great to see a player with so much experience coming in and making changes that are actually working out! 4 at the back is looking like a solid choice for United right now
