man this michigan cannabis market is like totally tanking 
it's crazy how prices just dropped from $69 to $58 an ounce 
that's like a 18% drop 
and now there's this new tax imposed on wholesale cannabis too 
anyway i still think new growers and processors will keep emerging but maybe at a slower pace 
we'll have to wait and see if the current downturn leads to some long-term changes in the market 
And that new tax? Ugh, it's not helping matters 
. I mean, I get it, revenue is important for communities, but maybe they could've found a better way to balance that with the needs of the industry
