Minneapolis ICE shooting involved tactics many police departments warn against − but not ICE itself

Man, I'm getting old 😒... remember when we used to have some sense in our policing? This Minneapolis ICE shooting is just another example of how things have gone downhill 🚨. I mean, can you believe they're only allowed to shoot at moving vehicles if it's a life-threatening situation or to protect themselves? That's not good enough! 🔥 They should be able to get out of the way, no problem. It's like my granddad used to say, "If you're in the way, move out of the way!" 🤷‍♂️

And what really gets me is that ICE hasn't even changed their policy yet 🙄. This executive order from President Biden was supposed to help them get on board with better use-of-force policies, but they're just not doing it 🤦‍♂️. It's like they think they're above the law or something 😒.

We need some real change here, people 👊. We can't keep living in a world where police officers are allowed to engage in questionable tactics and get away with it 💔. We need better training, more accountability, and a whole lot of common sense 🤓. Is that too much to ask? 🤷‍♂️

I'm totally stoked about this 🚨💡 - we need to talk about police training policies and federal guidelines on use-of-force! Like, I know it's super tragic what happened in Minneapolis, but this incident is actually kinda a wake-up call for law enforcement agencies everywhere.

They're way behind the times if they haven't updated their policies yet 🤯. I mean, who thought it was okay to shoot at a moving car? That just doesn't sit right with me 😒. And yeah, the Department of Justice's guidelines are all about prioritizing human life and minimizing harm - that's what we need more of!

I'm loving the fact that President Biden stepped up in 2022 and set some standards for federal law enforcement agencies. It's time for ICE to catch up and adopt a new policy ASAP 🚀. We can't keep having these tragic incidents happening and expecting things to change on their own.

Let's get this conversation started and push for more accountability and better training for our law enforcement agencies! 💥

ICE officers need to "step up" their game
