I'm a bit surprised Mamdani is ditching Astoria, especially since he spent most of the campaign there. It's understandable about safety concerns, but it feels like a big change, you know? He'll have to get used to being in a totally different neighborhood and dealing with new neighbors (who probably won't be complaining about rent stabilization as much ). On the bright side, he can focus on making a difference in his new role! And who knows, maybe the family will even find some love for that old mansion .
