I'm so relieved to hear that 24 schoolgirls have been rescued from Nigeria... it's been ages since I heard any good news about these kinds of attacks . What's crazy is how many times this has happened in the country - over 300 students were abducted just a few months ago? How can schools be seen as targets for armed gangs and bandits? Shouldn't we have better security measures in place to prevent this kind of thing from happening? I also feel bad that the government hasn't been able to claim responsibility for the kidnappings, it makes it even harder to deal with... but at least these 24 girls are safe now .
omg i cant even lol its soooo relieving 2 hear that 24 of those schoolgirls r safe and sound!!! my heart goes out 2 their fams who must be thru like crazy w/ anxiety n worryin about their loved ones but yeah, this rescue mission is def a step in the right direction n i hope it leads 2 more efforts 2 keep those schools safe lol i mean its soooo sad that these things r happenin 2 kids who just wanna learn n be kids
I'm so stoked that the schoolgirls are safe but at the same time, I'm really worried about all these mass abductions happening in Nigeria - like, what's going on?! The government needs to do way more to protect our schools and communities, you know? I mean, 24 girls is a great start, but it's not enough. We need to make sure that no one else gets taken away from their families. And can we talk about how some people are making comments about Christians being persecuted in Nigeria... like, come on! This isn't the time for politics, let's focus on getting our schools and communities safe first.
