its so weird that us is pulling out of climate talks like we're in some kinda parallel universe where science doesn't matter ... i mean whats next gonna be a reality show about polar bears instead of climate summits ? anyway, gotta wonder what the us is hoping to achieve by not attending these talks - are they really expecting countries to magically figure out how to reduce emissions without some kind of leadership or coordination from the us? also, what's up with all the fossil fuel lobby groups trying to shut down climate change conversations ... can't we just have a honest discussion about this stuff without it getting politicized

I don't usually comment but I'm surprised that the US is walking out on these climate talks. It feels like they're not taking this whole global heating thing seriously.
