it seems like novo nordisk is really committed to getting metsera, their valuations are way higher than pfizer's and they're throwing in extra cash if they hit those clinical targets 
but at the same time, pfizer is saying that this whole thing is just a power play to stop competition from happening 
i don't know what to think about it all, seems like novo nordisk might be trying to disrupt the status quo and get ahead in the market
