omg I'm so down for this change 
! it's like they finally caught on to the fact that anonymous calls are being abused by people who just wanna cause drama or settle scores 
. I mean, can you imagine if your kid was accused of something and there's no way to prove or disprove it? it's terrifying 
. and now because of this new law, at least ppl will have to take responsibility for their actions and leave their info behind
