I'm still trying to wrap my head around this whole thing...
it's just another example of how a little bit of uncertainty can have a huge impact on people's lives. I mean, think about it - millions of Americans are already struggling with hunger due to the shutdown, and now they're facing even more uncertainty because of some bureaucrats trying to play games with their benefits?
It's just not right. And to make matters worse, social service orgs are seeing a huge spike in demand for their services... 25% increase in clients, that's crazy!
We need to find a way to get this resolved ASAP so people can start feeling more secure about their benefits again.
